This Chartreuse is the result of a carefully crafted blend drawn from various casks of Chartreuse Jaune, which have been aged for a long period and selected by the Carthusian monks. Thus, you will rediscover the subtle flavour of this great liqueur, appreciated by connoisseurs during the golden age of Chartreuse liqueurs at the end of the 19th century. To fully enjoy its expressive aromas, it is recommended to serve it over ice. You can savour it as a digestif or use it in cocktails.
From 1860 to 1903, Chartreuse Jaune was the star of European dining tables, even reaching the Russian court, where Tsar Nicholas II was a fervent admirer. It is for this reason that it was christened “The Queen of Liqueurs”.
